Approved property scope
Each property is registered with its approved domain and operating details. A client can upgrade from one property to Hospitality 3, or from Hospitality 3 to Hospitality Group, as it grows.
GuestReviewDesk gives each client a deployment they control, with an approved property scope and an annual support relationship that keeps the software maintained.
The client provides its own infrastructure and third-party credentials. PT Beklen Royal Lestari provides the software license, initial configuration, updates, and technical support.
The property count describes the approved operating scope, not a charge for every venue or review.
Each property is registered with its approved domain and operating details. A client can upgrade from one property to Hospitality 3, or from Hospitality 3 to Hospitality Group, as it grows.
Unlimited properties apply to one approved legal hospitality group or brand. Agencies managing unrelated clients require separate licenses or a separate reseller agreement.
New properties within the same approved group can be added later. Technical onboarding, custom data work, or new integrations may be quoted separately.
If annual support is not renewed, the installed platform may continue operating, but new releases, connector updates, and technical support are suspended.
For established clients, the initial approved property scope can be recorded directly by relationship approval. For other clients, PT Beklen Royal Lestari may require ownership or deployment verification before activation.
